Farewell to the Bamboolik Brand

It is very difficult for us to write these words.
After long consideration and having exhausted all available options, Bamboolik is forced to enter insolvency proceedings.

Bamboolik was never just a company to us. It was a project built on values, personal relationships, trust, and the belief that it makes sense to do things honestly, locally, and with respect for families and nature. This makes it all the harder to accept that we must say goodbye to this chapter.

The decision to file for insolvency did not come suddenly. It was preceded by many months of uncertainty, efforts, searching for solutions, and repeated attempts to turn the situation around. Unfortunately, we were unable to withstand the long-term and significant decline in birth rates, which had a major impact on demand for products from the Bamboolik and Bambe brands and, consequently, on the entire project’s economics. Despite our best efforts, continuing was no longer possible.

Last chance to shop – final warehouse sale

As part of the closure of our business, we are holding a final clearance sale of our remaining warehouse stock. The sale will run until the end of January or while supplies last.
Orders can be placed no later than January 28, 2026 – our last orders will be shipped on Friday, January 30, 2026.

Shipping is still possible only to Germany or to non-EU countries, due to the inevitable changes to our VAT status for other EU countries.
