Fitted Diapers
Absorbent layer of cloth diapers. Very absorbent fitted nappies. To be worn with waterproof nappy covers over. Three sizes - newborn nappies, one size fitted nappies, XL - large size diapers. In case of the one size fitted cloth diapers, you can choose according to the required absorbency between night time nappies, or fitted nappies for the day.
Fitted Nappies are the most sophisticated absorbent layer of the all in two nappies systems. As opposed to more simple absorbent inserts, fitted nappies have the most elaborate cut and construction. Which makes them really well fitted - hence the name ;-) Elastic gussets around the legs and an elastic hem in the back make them hug tiny baby bodies in all the right places while still being very comfortable and not too bulky.
Fitted nappies are designed to be worn under waterproof nappy covers. Which doubles the protection against any possible leaks. Thank to this, we can confidently say that the combination of a Fitted Diaper + a Diaper Cover is 100% leakproof. Not even liquid newborn stool can penetrate it.
Fitted Nappies of organic cotton
Bamboolik Fitted Nappies are made of certified organic cotton of European origin (the most sustainable cotton you can get). By choosing cloth diapers made from this kind of cotton, you actually choose to save the environment twice - once by using reusable diapers in lieu of disposables, once by opting for a more eco friendly fabric.
Our fitted nappies have a pocket which can accommodate an absorbent insert of any type. You can always choose their version with NO absorbent insert, in case you already have enough absorbent inserts at home. Or pick one of the fitted nappies WITH absorbent insert, according to the required absorbing capacity: the most absorbent option are the night time nappies which contain our Organic Cotton Prefold Diaper. The one size fitted diaper for the day time use holds an Organic Cotton Long Insert in its pocket. As for the newborn nappies, these include an Organic Cotton Short Insert, while the XL large size diapers have the Organic Cotton Prefold inside (the same as with the night time nappies).
All these absorbent inserts are fully compatible with our AI2 diaper system, so you can use them elsewhere, not just with our fitted nappies.
You can also choose from two types when it comes to the material which covers the inner pocket, the next-to-skin layer. All the 3 sizes of the fitted nappies come in organic cotton version - where the pocket is made of 80 % organic cotton and 20 % recycled polyester. This makes it perfectly sustainable and very absorbent. In case of the one size day time & night time nappies, you can also pick the Stay-Dry contact layer thanks to which your baby's skin does not feel any wetness.
