For providing a dry baby-bum, you can combine the organic cotton boosters with a DUO Shaped Insert with pocket. This shaped insert is two-sided: it has a Stay-Dry side which keeps the baby's bum dry even if the diaper is wet. The other side is from very absorbent bamboo terry.
Both types of absorbent inserts are used in combination with a waterproof yet breathable Diaper Cover.
